Nicole Barfield
Operations Manager
Nicole Barfield is the Operations Manager at Capstone Financial Advisors. Nicole is responsible for day to day business management as well as customer service.
Nicole brings a wealth of experience in the financial side of the business starting with her career in financial services. She spent time as a registered representative, operations officer, compliance officer, as well as a contract and licensing director with various companies; and went on to career as a Regional Sales Supervisor, monitoring the activity and sales of 80 brokers in 17 offices in the Southeast. After her first child was born, she helped form the operational infrastructure of the brokerage business for Northwestern Mutual Buckhead and worked to successfully get it off the ground. She brings a wealth of experience in account administration and customer service.
Nicole received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Emory University in 1994.
She has been an active member of Young Men’s Service League volunteer organization as well as serving on the Board of Directors for multiple soccer organizations.
In Nicole’s spare time she enjoys attending many soccer games as her 3 children are all very active in the sport, with one playing collegiately. She also enjoys reading and walking.
Nicole lives in Milton, Georgia with her 3 children.
